Business integrity
CIMIC Group Limited and its entities (Group) has a Group Code of Conduct (Code), which is applicable to UGL. The Code outlines the Group’s rejection of modern slavery and unlawful child labour, prohibition of bribery and corruption, protection of our communities and environment, underpinned by safe delivery of services.
To participate in our procurement operations, UGL expects all suppliers and subcontractors to act in accordance with the Code.
