At UGL we value employees who put their thinking caps on and innovate to make processes and procedures more efficient. This is exactly what Ethan Royan has done, earning himself a Very Best Award for Innovation.
Ethan spent 18 months designing and developing the P&C Learning & Development Dashboard. It’s a comprehensive tool that allows managers to see the overall compliance and progress of their teams.
It highlights UGL’s different training initiatives, will assist teams in staying on-track with their compliance goals, celebrating their achievements, displays any incomplete training, and upcoming opportunities for development.
“Ethan’s efforts have truly transformed the way we visualise and analyse data, significantly contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our team. Ethan undertook this project independently, showcasing his initiative, creativity, and technical expertise. He meticulously crafted every aspect of the dashboard, seamlessly integrating both design and functionality to meet our team’s specific needs,” says UGL Group Manager – Learning & Capability, Glen Hunt.
Ethan’s dashboard is both visually appealing and also intuitive to use, setting it apart from others. His innovative approach to data visualisation has empowered our team to make more informed decisions and drive tangible results.
He actively sought feedback throughout the development of it, changing the design, and exceeding expectations.
