The UGL team in Perth were excited to host the first WA CareerTrackers ‘work shadow’ program. Welcoming three high-school students to the UGL office, the UGL team shared their personal academic journey to their current roles, and the various pathways available for students. They also shared insights into UGL’s approach to tenders, finance operations and contract law.
UGL has partnered with CareerTrackers since 2019. CareerTrackers supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students by linking them with employers and career opportunities.
