At present, we have an opening for a Senior Payroll Officer, based out of our North Sydney office. The successful candidate will support the UGL Payroll function and ensure the creation and maintenance of organisational, position data and creation and maintenance of employee data and legislative requirements are compliant to facilitate accurate and timely payroll payments to all employees.


Ideally you will have:

  • 5+ years payroll experience
  • SAP experience preferred but not essential
  • Able to deal with large sums of data extraction and manipulation, including deep dive for data dissemination and analysis and legislative requirements
  • Excellent judgement, drive, and initiative, and an ability to navigate a complex matrix structure in a shared services environment
  • Experience in interpreting EBA’s
