Due to continued growth we have an opportunity for a highly experienced Recruitment Consultant who has experience in White and Blue Collar Recruitment to join the Asset Services division team based in Sydney.
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing high volume blue collar recruitment across all trades and managing technical white collar positions from management through to engineering.
This position would suit someone who has had exposure to fast paced style recruitment in either an internal or external capacity.
Responsibilities Include: 
  • End to end recruitment of blue collar trades (using multiple platforms)
  • Project manning levels
  • Candidate pooling
  • Phone screening
  • Interviewing
  • Performing group assessment centres
  • References, ticket checks
  • Stakeholder management
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Develop and maintain our employee database
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment & selection procedure
  • EBA interpretation  
To be successful in this role; 
  • Blue Collar manning and mobilisation experience 
  • Exposure to fast paced high volume blue collar recruitment
  • Prior experience with talent management
  • Proven experience in managing end to end recruitment
  • High level of understanding of brownfield maintenance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication,
  • Ability to work independently.
