Due to a current vacancy, we are seeking a highly motivated, skilled and safety focused Work Management Coordinator to join our CPP Contract at one of our major clients’ sites just north of Moranbah. This position will oversee the execution of emergent work based on priority setting directed by the maintenance infrastructure supervisory team. It will also be responsible for assisting in optimising the maintenance strategy across the range of Infrastructure assets as required by the work management process.
Key duties and accountabilities will include but not be limited to:
  • The supply of support personal to provide continuous improvement and adherence to schedule;
  • Updating, maintaining and instigating continual improvement of 1SAP master data, inclusive of but not limited to materials, function locations, PM02’s, Task lists and any other 1SAP master data update requirements
  • Updating and monitoring resource capacities +12wks
  • Reviewing daily, weekly and monthly reports to highlight gaps and rectify
  • Work management support including order closure, order creation, daily time confirmations and attachment of supporting evidence based on task requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with all UGL and client policies and procedures
 To be successful, it is essential that you provide evidence of the following:
  • Engineering workshop background (Electrical/Mechanical Trade)
  • Familiarity with relevant technical information
  • Knowledge of QA and Safety procedures
  • Competency with computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets and databases
